Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange of equal value or store credit.
Please note: Refunds are not offered at this time.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at tuesenciaapparel@gmail.com with your name and order number.

2. Let us know if you’d like an exchange (and what item/size) or store credit.

3. We’ll respond with return instructions.

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your exchange or issue store credit.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
